Personal Interests

Spending time with family, church activities, traveling, hiking, and canoeing. My hobbies include gardening and sewing.

Laura Crum started her career as a registered nurse. During that time, she earned a Master’s in Nursing and worked in an acute care hospital setting as a Medical-Surgical Clinical Nurse Specialist, and then as an Education Specialist with the primary responsibility of the orientation of nurses new to the organization. In 2008, she completed her post-master’s certificate to become a family nurse practitioner. My special interests are women’s health and diabetes management. My goal is to help patients manage or prevent health issues through the incorporation of healthy lifestyles.
